Misusing biling norms

Sir request is that iam using aircel mobile connection for last one year my bill generation date is 19th and bill paying date is 04th of every month according to company s poolicy my limit should be increased after 3 monthsof starting date but company have not yet increase my credit limit and teasing me every month by disconnecting my outgoing every month between dates of 22th to 27th and forcing me to pay my full bill before billing date which is so irritating me and disbalanced my whole budget i have told many time my problem to company but they are regularly negotiating my complaints. iam a salaried person and in marketing profession so i cant change my number also. so pls take some strict steps against these kinds of problems create by big companies by misusing their rights.
