I am suffering from the 3G internet 197 unlimited package offered by the company, i recharged with RC197 yesterday for the mobile number 8801726215 but I am getting only 128kbps speed instead of 3.2mbps as they mentioned in the package list, I have been trying to contact customer care center for 2 days but you people are not connecting my call to the executive officer. This is disgusting... so that I am warning you that you should have to contact me for the number 7842447139 within 2 hours otherwise I am going to take legal action on you.
