Aircel deduct money witout my knowlage

I am ankur chaplod & i am using aircel connection last 8 month. but yesterday aircel deduct 14 rs in my main account balance witout my permision. aircel do not force me activate any service witout my knowlage.

so aircel add my 14 rs as soon as possible or aircel provider please understand customer main account balance is a customer assets so without any knowlage you do not deduct any balance.
