Wrong selling

Sir,

i bought a aircel sim.that time the sales man told me some top up for outgoing and sms, if i m buy then its less..i m buy it... the mane thing is that he told me it is one time top up... but when my bill is coming every month come... the charge is add every month... so i m stop my payment... because it is miss selling... then i comp lent to cc but they r not ready to lesion anything and force me to pay... other wise they use there other sources...
