I am a Bsnl prepaid customer (ph no: 9434535631) and am being continuosly disturbed by a particular Aircel number 9614875915 sending irritating and unwanted messages and calls. I had made a complaint to the Aircel and BSNL customer care but they refused to take any action. I dont want to complain to the police which might lead to further complications. However if it is possible can i get the details of the person holding the number and can the authorities concerned do something to stop this number from further contacting
