Refund of Securty Money

I surrendered my MTNL landline telephone number 25086048 on 15/03 along with photocopy of demand no. 933902 showing old registration no. SHR/N-OYT/S/057 dated 15/02/1988, receipt dated 15/02/1988 for Rs. 1000/-, print out of last paid bill, print out of electronic confirmation of payment, print out of informatio of successful transaction, Modem wifi, adaptor, splitter, 2 T/wire. lancord, and USB. However, I have not received the refund of security money deposited by me on 15/02/1988.
