My self saptarshi dey, i am from baripada (orissa), my aircel number is 919658447361.I am using rs:98/- pocket intenet for last 4 months, but from last month i am facing problem, that my intenet is automaticaly disconnecting within 1 min. I have registered complain for more then 20days. But they are not solving my problem. When i go to aircel office the person of the office said that there is a problem in our area network, which i have already complained to the aircel customer care. According to them they are assuring me that they will solve the problem in 2 days. But still then they are not solving the problem.
I will be glad if my problem gets solved as soon as possible.
