Invalid deactivation of the outgoing calls and no respond to complaints

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is Ravi Kant Tiwari from lucknow, a recent customer of aircel prepaid number and am sorry to say that am very disappointed by the service which has been provided by your customer care...

i got a message on my number regarding deactivation of out going calls from my number due to the non - submission of my documents but all my documents have been submitted and the dealer VIPIN said he forwarded it...

But to my dis satisfaction your customer care service has been giving shit about asking for time to verify the details since two days and today they asked for another 24 hours..

those with whom i had a conversation were so named as follows...

pradeep, jyotsana, kuldeep among which pradeep filed the complaint.. but no action has been taken yet..

i kindly request you to take some strict action against these employees of yours and hence activate my out going calls...

or else i need to drop this service and get my documents and my money back. i.e. rs 225 for the aircel to aircel free local calls..

kindly do something

looking forward towards a positive response this time ..
