DEDUCTION OF BALANCE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

AFTER EVERY 2 DAYS, Rs.7 IS BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THE DIALLER TUNE SERVICE IS GETTING ACTIVATED AUTOMATICALLY EVEN AFTER DEACTIVATING IT EVERY TIME.TILL NOW I HAVE LOST Rs.21 AS THIS INCIDENT HAS HAPPENED THRICE.THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICERS AND THE NODAL OFFICERS ARE CALLOUS AND DO NOT PAY HEED TO MY PROBLEM.SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME...
