Adding Misscall alert service and taking charges with out my concern

Aircel add missed call alert services in my mobile phone number without my consent and my permission and deduct charges from my prepaid balance. When I call in Aircel customer care services they don't even register my complain, after my many request they don't register my complain. This is a case of robbing and case of harassment customer.
