Hi,
on 27/2 i got a call from aircel advertising about Cricket Voice Pack on hearing this i immediately cancelled the call without pressing any numerics like 0, 2 etc (Which they use for activating the service). But after some 8 hrs i got a message saying ur request for Cricket Voice Pack has been activated. As per this plan i will be charged Rs.5/- for every india match by which i can hear the live commentary as if i don't have TV facilities or i am in older age.
When i gave complaint to the CC, the CC executive cooly saying whatever the case may be the service is activated by you only no chance of refunding and deactivating the service eventhough i go for giving complaint.
I have not even attended the call more than 5 secs within these secs the aircel was brilliant enough to guess that i will activate and they automatically activated the service.
I have spoken to many officers and CC the only reply i am getting without any change is the "The service activated based on customer request send to activate".
I am expecting some resolution through this website..
