My name is Parvesh and i, m using 2 numbers, 08802611448 and 08802611446.
On my number ending with 446 a friendz voice chat has been activated without my knowledge and without my consent.which is very wrong and they are not listening to me and dont want to refund my balance.after few days i got a call from an outbound call center of aircel. A girl called me up and told me that she wouldl ike to give the information about caller tune. She gave me the information and disconnectd the call. In that conversation there was nothing happened that i want dialer tune or some other service but later on i got to know that the dialer tone service was activated. I talked to them several time and in result my 121 services was barred. I talked totheir supervisor named, Vinod today and his reply was (Sir yeh service apke number par hi kyon activate huyi hai or kisi ke number par kyon nahi huyi, us conversation ki mere pas recording bhi hai.
