Dialertone activation without any confirmation and Balance deduction

I have switched off my mobile for charging on 10-03 around 1P.M.;when I switched on it after 2.30hrs around 4P.M. I just got an messages of dialer tone activation and I also found that 30rs. was deducted from my balance. I just called customer care twice but they disconnected my call. Now I am trying again to contact them but I am unable as the call is automatically disconnected. I just want my deducted amount back.
