This is to let you know on Apr 14 at 12.11 pm I've received a message from the number 58000 from my mobile service provider-Aircel at my number 8013394644 that I've been charged INR 7.50 for IPL Cricket Updates when I didnot activate any such service on my own.
Since then I've called the company for about 7-8 times for a refund and deactivation of that IPL Cricket Update from the company's side. On getting back to the company at their complaints department (198) I got no help at all. Some complaint officers hung up on me. On asking for a supervisor/manager I was denied at the first place stating supervisors "are busy to attend your call", upon insisting and begging for a supervisor I was transferred to such a queue where no one picks up the phone and it just keeps on ringing until you hangup the phone in disgust. Moreover, the so called complaint officers are sarcastic enough to get anyone aggravated. When I asked for a callback from the supervisor I was told supervisors are too busy now and will call back after 2/6 hours. Unfortunately! No one called me back and till date this is the worst kind of customer service I've ever received from any company.
The complaints department is simply denying the fact that the activation was not done from the company's side and its my fault. Now, I dont have such availability that I'll be fighting for a mere sum of INR 7.50 .But here I want justice and good business practice to be followed by this company (Aircel). When as a customer we are using the products/services of a business we are trusting them. Here, Aircel broke my trust!!
