Dear Sir,
I am the very old customer of BSNL.My land line no. is 03322191642 which is in Bowbazar area. But sorry to say that it is remain faulty most of the time. If I book any complain, it is ignored and not rectified in time and took near about one month or more some times to rectify the problem. My old mother and father are living and the phone is only the medium to communicate with them through out the day. So it is a very necessary item of daily life and I am suffering with this problem since two years. If I call to exchange they never properly reply to my questions sometimes never attend.
If u able to solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I want to surrender the landline and go to other service providers.
