I had made a purchase of an aircel prepaid sim card a few weeks back and it was registerd on a different name - After having a check with the company it was found that there are 8 different connections on my name where as i had only made a purchase on one sim card..

When i requested the remaining the numbers to be invistigated/cancelled, i was promised callbacks on 2 different occasions by a Senior manager (Miss XYZ Vora at the Customer Care (198) but these were never received... I have been going through all types on inconviniences for no mistake of mine... The company declines to provide me with the other numbers that are registered on my name or who had registered them... Who knows tomorrow these numbers may be misued in many ways... Below a few questions for Aircel Management..
1> How can a Senior Manager (Miss Vora) make false promises??? Where are your standards??
2> Why cant you provide me with the details for all the accounts if they are registered on My Name???
3> Why is no verifacation done when activating multiple accounts??
4> Are the dealers and Activation team Hand in Hand to make some extra money???
5> Finally Who is to be held responsible for any misues of my personal details??
