Without any info dialler tone actiavated

I have talk to mr.vijay kumar (Team leader).i have complaint about the dialler tune.i Have not requeseted for any caller tune.but there are not listening me and misbehaving with me .mr. vijay told me that i have requested the dialler tune but this my grandmothers no.she not known about any caller tune.so pls refund us the money back. as soon as Possible.
