Loss of Balance Few hours after recharge

Dear Sir,

I recharged my Aircel connection with a Top Up of 111Rs yesterday (18.09.2010), the transaction was successful, but after about 3 hours when i checked my balance after a call, i found that the balance was Zero. I don't have my transaction number as i have the habit of deleting messages once i receive them.
