Hi,

My cellno is 9808209458, i recharged my phone with Rs 60 on 10 sep 2010 and as per rule i am elibible of getting Rs 40 talk time, but that has not been credited till today. Every time i called up customer care, they have only one answer that system is in upgradation and i need to call gaian later. This drama i am watching from 10 Sep itself. While asking to give call to senior persons customer care people always put my call on long hold of approx 20 mminutes and disconnect the call thereafter. I want to register my complaint against these typer of customer care people who are not eligible to work in customer care as they are not caring for customers at all.
