Diconnection of outgoin calls

It is mohit jaitak frm himachal.i was using aircel number from last one year and 2 months from today they send me message that ur documents are not valid where as i submitted documents twice in beginning while purchasing number. They debarred my outgoing calls and next morning i again submitted with them the documents but 3 days passed the number is not usable and neither it is being connected to customer care executive.i m suffering alot due to this inconvinience. Kindly see in this regard.
