Call divert problem-Want to change operator by using MNP

I have an Aircel connection with the number 9809597524.In my my home aircel has no network coverage. So i diverted calls to my another number. The problem is that when any one call to my aircel It says "The costomer has activated call forwarding fecility..." (A long discription is there). By hearing this my friend who is not aware about call forwarding believes that It is switched off or not available. So i loss a lot of calls. No other mobile operaters have this problem.other operators divert directly without notification. So i called aircel CC.But they said that it is not possible to avoid this notification.

Now I want to Change my operator using MNP unless Aircel is not ready to avoid this notification and divert calls to my other number directly.
