Un-necessary deduction of balance

Previously I had lodged complaint against AIRCEL for the UN NECESSARY DEDUCTION of balances from my account (Mob No : 8013524665) on 21/01.

Again I am lodging the same complaint against them for the same reason for deduction of Rs.15 from my balance without any reason. When I book my complaint with Aircel customer care they just gave me a complain number : 1-3843662605 on 17/022011 at 2:26 pm no remedial measures taken by them. Till date i have not received any amount of money which they had deducted without my permission by showing lame excuse.

Now I have a question whether this Aircel company is totally a fraud company or this website where I am uploading my complaint is a showy website because no remedial I have been received since the first time of lodging my complain her, Alas God knows!
