Not restoring the line evenafter payment

Sir,

Iam using aircel postpaid connection{95512 61199} for the past one year. I got my outstanding bill for Rs.999 for the month of feb and due on 8th march. I ve made payment on28th feb. But my outgoing calls were barred from 1st march. When I enquired in customer care on 1st march they said they would release it. They did it, but again on 2nd march they had blocked my outgoing as well as incoming calls. I again rang up on the same day, one Mr. Mohammed said that my payment went in to deposits. He had asked me to send a mail to customer care requesting-tranfering the amount from deposits to payment. He said he would release the line in an hour & he did. I ve posted a mail to Aircel customer care on 2nd march. For two days I did not have any problems, but since yesterday evening the same thing was repeated, my outgoing calls were barred. When I asked, one-Mr. Subramanian asked me to mail in this ID and said he would release my line in half an hour. Till now I have not got my lines cleared.

I request you to immediately look in to it & release the line at the earliest.
