Dear Sir,
I was earlier customer of Reliance & recently switched over to TATA DOCOMO based on assurance from your local office regarding services & network coverage.
Since my mobile no switched over to TATA DOCOMO I am not getting any network coverage at my residence.
Several times I have reminded your local representative Mr Priyansh (9039240707) who assured me to send network engineer to my residence for checking.
It is very unfortunate that despite several complaints/reminders at your local office no one has turned up for the same.
This is my final effort to raise subject issue failing which I shall be constrained to discontinue your service & report the same to Consumer Forum
