Mis-using of my balance

My name is Sagar Dakhane, and my Aircell no. is 9768886294.

I am complaining to your forum again regarding the same complain as it was before. And this is my 8th Complain to Aircel Company in this 5 months. They are been deducing my bal with Rs.98 again and again and again and again in the name of Pocket Internet as i said earlier i never use there Internet.my problem was solved previously and i was assured by them that they will not re-activate this service again but still they have done it again this Saturday they really don't have any sign to improve i am fed up of complaining every month (like i have no other business to do so) i want a permanent solution as well as my refund. Is there any permanent solution or i have to shift from this telecom provider to some reliable one who are not thief's and i'll make sure if i shift, my friends, relative and my colleagues will also shift.
