Worst network problem, rate cutter, sms deactivate

Dear sir,

As m facing the problem is that of worst network problem so you are requested to solve the issue as early.

Moreover the rate cutter we get is not the cheapest of any other network provided, specially my need is of 20paise/min. call rate to any other local network as other network provided.

I want to deactivate the td-smsgupshup that the free sms use to came in my inbox.
