PATHETIC SERVICE STANDARDS (AIRTEL)!

Yesterday I gave the request for converting my Postpaid to Prepaid, I was told that my number will start working in 4 hrs but that didnt happen. I kept waiting till late night when other representative told me there is a language problem and it will start working in 10 mins once you select the language.

I kept waiting! Called up again someone else told me that it will work in 24 hrs, today morning when I called up again someone else told me it will take 48 hrs.

There is no end to excuses given by customer service executives. When I asked them to connect to their manager, the phone keep ringing and no one is there to pick the phone.

Sent lots of mails to always get an Auto reply but nothing on why there is a delay.

This is causing grave inconvenience to me and my work is getting affected.
