No Proper caller tunes

I am Venkatesh. I am using Aircel for past 4 years. But it is doing some stupid things like giving missed call frome from 5 digit numbers.once we call to that number some songs are playing and 6rs for that once we ask custemer care they simply saying why you are calling to that number.

Today i send message to get caller tune but in the data base there is no song related to the movies but they are collecting 1 rs per message. in Airtel and Vodofone its free of cost for searching they maintain good data base for all songs. I plan to quit Aircell. I recharge 300-400 per month but all waste. My no is 9750453289
