No response from customer care for more than an hour. They have disrespected me by hanging up on me twice. Was trying to find out my bill plan and there was no response from the customer care. I have been using my number for 10 yesrs now and this service I get. They should not give false promise of giving 24hrs of customer service. I would really like to talk to someone ina higher position in airtel¥
