I tried calling the Airtel Customer Care several times to get some information on 'recharge options while on roaming' as the full talk time recharges were not giving me full talk time.

Even when I specified in the beginning of the call that my preferred language is English, once the customer care representative took the call after a long wait, they spoke to me in Kanada. Once I told them I don't not know Kanada and if they could speak to me in English, they asked me to be on hold and then the call got disconnected after a few seconds. (This happened 3 times in a row)

First of all there is no direct contact option for speaking to the customer care executives and on top of it once I did get connected to them after a long wait, I was not able to get my query answered. I feel this is very irresponsible on Airtel's part, not to have a proper Customer Care Service.

Now I do not know whom to contact for my queries. They do not even have any email ids on their website where I could write in my complaint. Didn't think Airtel could be so "user-UNfriendly". All this is making me think about changing my service provider.
