I want to file complaint against a Aircel mobile company who are repeatedly cutting off the outgoing on my number by saying that I had made a complaint for my sim lost whereas I haven't done so.
Also when I call in the customer care of aircel for resolving this problem, they tells me to wait as they are checking the information and cuts the calls.
Inspite of long waiting they are helding me responsible for this and when i asked the details of the number from which these complaints, they are not also having details for the same.
At last I asked them for a solution for not switching off my number again, they are also not guaranted for this. What else can I do.
Please help me.
