Wrong information from customer care

I ported form reliance cdma number 9371123661 to tata docomo on 26 october, at the time of porting, i was given information that on recharge of 57 i will be given 50 talk time and low calling rates for 2 months. But i only got 1 month low calling rates and no balance. I have called many time to complaint section and now they have say there is no such plan. To be clear by wasting 57 rs i have got nothing.
