Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Akil Khan my Aircel Prepaid No. is 9768731011, Last 2 weeks i was in Chennai, 1st day in Chennai noticed that my calling charges are very high so inquire and Recharged with Rs. 93 in Chennai on 6th August morning 9.00 AM but plan din't get activated then again i called in Customer Care they told need to recharge from Mumbai, so i told my brother to recharge Rs 93 from Mumbai on 6th August 9.30 AM but after doing recharge from Mumbai also my Plan din't get activated. I complained 3 times to Aircel Customer Care, finally they said my problem will resolved by 12th August and you will get refund of unnecessary charges I occured after recharging with Rs. 93 Plan. but nothing happend.

Now i am in Mumbai (16th August) and i am calling their customer care they put my phone on hold for 30 minutes, 5 times i got reply our system is not working so we are unable to check your complaint status. I am not getting any satisfactory answer from their end.

I request the team of consumer complaints please help me to resolve the problem and getting the refund which i deserve because the problem which i've faced i know they will never compensate for that. so at least i can get my money back which i'd lost because of their irresponsibility.
