I am an Airtel customer. My Airtel mobile number is 9994756867 in Tamil Nadu circle in India. Frequently I had the feeling that my service provider is deducting money from my account. So I monitored my account carefully for the last two weeks and I found that Rs. 1.50 had been deducted. One day in the last week I contacted the customercare executive and the lady told me some service has been activated. I requested the lady to deactivate services other than missed call alerts and SMS pack. Again on 30th November I detected that Rs. 1.50 had been deducted. I contacted the customer executive and made a strong protest and asked her to refund the money. She refunded Rs. 1.50 and a message was sent to me that zero rental internet package has been deactivated.
On 2nd December evening I found again that Rs. 1.50 had been deducted from my account without informing me. Moreover I did not opt for any services. I feel that my money is being stolen from me. The Airtel company should stop deducting money from my account without infomind me. I want the Airtel to refund the money theyn have deducted from me for noservice I availed from them.
