Problem Loging-in into My Vodafone account

This is to bring to your immediate notice that I have taken a new Vodafone Post Paid Connection for my prepaid number 9773485899 on 11-12. But now I can’t login into my account and while loging in it shows as “sorry-system error, please try after some time” in the dialogue box. I am calling customer care people by stating my problem. They were advising that I need to login in from other computers and that my problem will be solved. But I tried logging in from 7 different computers in ‘Internet Explorer’ browser, and ‘Mozilla Firebox’ browser but to no avail.
