Receiving bills after deactivation

Dear Sir,

I have been using reliance post-paid number 9312017712 in Delhi for few months.

Since I have relocated to other city for past 2 month I requested deactivation of my post-paid number at uttam nagar reliance web world in October. (All the bills till date are paid). After few days, again I went to reliance web world to deactivation of my post paid mobile number. They suggested me to remove sim card the number will be deactivated within 1 week. But the request is not processed and I am receiving bills for the number.

Please help me get rid of this PATHETIC SERVICE and loss of money!
