Pathetic Network and Customer Support

I have been facing a lot of issues with Vodafone services. Earlier I was having issues with the Black Berry Services provided by Vodafone. However, from last 2 days I have been facing a new problem. I am having issues on calling service. Either I am unable to listen to the caller or other person is not able to listen to me.

I have sent several emails and made many calls for Black Berry Services related problem to Vodafone but nothing happened. Now I am really given up.

I have wasted my time, money and peace of mind while using the services.

The customer support team is very pathetic. They don't listen to the customer and don't even respond back.

I have been promised call back many times. However, nothing happend. I guy pinged me on my Black Berry Messanger after a week and asked me that my BBM services are working or not.

I want Vodafone to refund me 1000/Rs.

I have emails with me which have been sent to all the nodal officers of Delhi, Chennai and Punjab when I was in roaming.

I was having problem in roaming also but vodafone support team did not bother to resolve the problem.

I want a immediate refund.
