Refund the amount

Dear sir,

i have recharge my MTSblaze data card for RS.528 on 16-nov Order No :56547258 in paytm. it has been failed. i have send the mail to paytm to transfer the amount to my account. They told it will take 21 days to transfer the amount. After 21 days the amount is not added in my account. then I have send mail regarding the amount on (12-Dec) They have told it will take another 21 days. Every time they are telling it is under the process.i don't how many 21 days they are taking to transfer amount. i want to know whether they are sending the my money... KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REFUND THE DUE AMOUNT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
