Hi Sir/Madam,

I purchased sim no:8991820127207162766, Mobile no: 7899408090 on 07/06. I recharged with 23 (special balance 10/p to gulf countries) 60 160 150 in the same day to call saudi arabia.

I called to saudi arabia on 7/6 night and it charged 80.40. after that my remaining balance was 144.

But on 8/6 after noon when I check my balance, it showed me 10 paise as main balnce.

When I called to customer care, they simply told me they don't have any deductions from their side.

So, Don't believe this network. They come to people with less call rates and they deduct like this.
