AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTING PREPAID BALANCE

Sir,

I Rakesh r Bhagat.using Aircel number 9768474839 using for Pocket internet.

whenever I switched on my mobile of same number it shows flash message with Rs 5.00 deduction for Inter-national message, but not showing any number of sending message. But I had never send a single message to any inter national number. This happened last two to three months (15 messages of Rs 5.00 each).

I asked to customer care executive, each & every times every executive persons answered to me that I had send that message but I asked them to messaged number but they refused to told number & their behavior was not good. Still balance of card is not refund.
