I bought a TATA PHOTON mobile internet connection (dongle) in April. 2 months back i called up Customer care and requested them to change my bill plan and then they did so. When i received my new Bill, 'Churn Out Fees' of INR 1000/- was charged to my connection. When i enquired over the phone from customer care, they said it is because i have changed my bill plan, i have been charged this amount.
1. This is a corporate connection and bill is paid my me from my account
2. Tata says that they have informed my company about these charges but i was never informed so during the Verification call they gave to me
3. I was not informed about this fees when i requested for a bill plan change
4. They have disconnected my connection for more than a month now and are making so many calls to me for clearing this amount
5. I have written them a series of emails but they just say the complain is closed from their end
Please help me, this is disturbing my official and personal life now...
