I have received an sms through reliance stating that I have received an mms from an airtel number and visit http://ricmail.com:9999/webtop2/ to view your mms message.
When i tried to visit the link it does not open, while going through the internet i have found that the hundreds of people who are facing the same problem, therefore i had contacted the customer service department and found out that the customer service representative had no idea about this link and was not able to give me a solution to reteive my mms also. The refrence no for my call with the customer service rep is 2707753782.
