Hi,
I am using a prepaid account of TATA Docomo service provide, on 12 Dec. they have deduct a amount of 30 rupees, which till now they not return me, after this deduction i have submit a complaint on thier portal, but theny not take any action, and only send me a message that for you query we need some more 48 hr.
this kind of deduction happen with 3 times in previous 2 month, 2 times when i was call on their customer care then they return my money, but now this time they not return. Because of this kind of problem, one time i have no balance in my mobile and i was faced problem like, i can't call any one for a long time. but they didn't take any suitable action on this.
So please kindly request to You, please take a suitable action on this service provider.
My complaint id which i was register on TATA Docomo complaint portal is - 704440. it was register on 12dec. 2012.
