Automatic Balance deduction without any informatio

My name is Annapurna Rout and my odisha aircel mobile number is 9658180282. I am really harassed with such a bad service quality of aircel. on 22nd nov rs 5 has been dedaucted from my balance without any information, then on 23rd nov again rs 5 dedaucted without any information. Total rs 10 has been dedaucted automatic. when i call 155223 to check wheater any service activated on my number but there wear no vas service activated. My mobile number alreay DND active and I did not receive any promotional call or i did not activated any services by my self. When i called customer care, they told me that our system is down, kindly call after 2 to 3 hrs. When i called him again, they repeated same excuses and show rude behaviour towards me. Therefore i request you to look into the matter and refund my balance and also refund the balance which is to be dedacuted till my complain reached to you. If you not refund my balance and does not stop this type of balance dedaction, i will switch over to another operator of my choice.
