Complaint against fictitious billing against my Aircel Connection 7278001133
I have been using the aircel connection as my second phone (which is a result of force selling by the company during a campaign conducted in my residential complex) and the same was only for receiving incoming calls that too very rarely - My average billing against this connection was around Rs 150 to 200 per month
However in the month of August there are three items which have added to the unusually high billing amount
VAS/GPRS/PRS

I have serious disconnects about the authenticity of the billing for August and specially for the above three sets of transactions - this is all the more so since i use a Samsung Metro set (extremely basic) for the Aircel connection through which accessing any form of Value Added Service is almost impossible
Despite my follow ups no solution was offered to me and instead i was in the receiving end of aggressive calls from the aircel collection department and had to pay Rs 2000 despite my protests. On 30.12.2011 i have received a lawyers notice directing me to pay off the balance amount of the this fictitious outstanding that has been recorded against my name
I would request the concerned department to offer a speedy solution to this long pending dispute
