EVERY MONTH COMPANY DEDUCTED BALANCE THEN SAY U HAVE ACTIVATE SERVICE BUT SIR I NOT ACTIVATE ANY SERVICES

I TOLD IN COMPANY THEY NOT REPLY PROPERLY

I CALL NODEL OFFICER ABHISHEK NAYAK, HE SAY I UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM BUT NOT ANY REPLY ABOUT BALANCE DEDUCTE

IN DECEMBER MONTH DATE 15 TIME 9.10 PM DEDUCTED 20 RUPEES IN MY ACCOUNT I WRITE ONLINE COMPLAIN TO TATA DOCOMO COMPANY BUT NOT REPLY PROPER THEN I GO TO COMPANY CONSUMER CENTER BUT THERE ONE LANDLINE PHONE AVAILABLE FOR TELL ABOUT THESE PROBLEM, IN CENTER NO BODY HELP THESE PROBLEM

ALSO I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY CAN"T REPLY PROPER
