Refunds related

My balance has been deducted by rs 80 for services which I haven't even subscribed for. This has happened for the 3rd time in 15 days and they are refusing to provide refunds. My number is 8149142474. Please help.

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that the VAS service was deactivated, also, 3 times empowerment has been provided as goodwill. No further waiver is applicable as the same was correctly charged.
