Please refer to my complain no registered with t24 customer service PNR201251913 (date: 23/11). It has past one month and no resolution. When I call to customer care I get response your problem would be resolved in 24 hrs. The same promise is given every day. The back end is deaf the appellate officer is deaf they don't respond to emails.
I have not disclosed my cell no as it gets misused by tel-callers
Please get the response from t24 owners (unknown address).
