Getting calls from strange

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am getting unwanted calls from this mobile number 919940220037 & 9840780291 numerous times in a day from the past couple of months. I do not know this man at all. He is torturing me mentally by making such calls and talking nuisance and vulgar things. This man seems to be from Chennai

he says different name in each time when he calls my father a heart patient gets tension and worried.. Request you to please take some action against this number.
