After closing the connections they Calling for payments

Dear Sir

I am Ashokkumar from Bangalore, 2 year back I used reliance CUG (91 9379499099) connection for 3 mobile numbers till 1 years after that once day I check the bill they charged my CUG also billed I call customer care for wrong billing the told the amount credited on your next billing, but the only Rs. 250.00 one month credited, so the same month I pay 2500.00 bill amount I inform to the customer care to close the number or transfore to prepaid but they not done any think they making the every monthly billing. Please help me on this issues
